04/10/15 was our Ribbon Cutting for the Cape Coral Community Partners Thrift Store to celebrate our NEW partners, The SWFL Coaltion Against Human Traffickking!
Monday began a new era in the Cape Coral Community Thrift Store. This Ribbon Cutting signifies a profound change. The store will now direct all profits to the Southwest FL Coalition Against Human Trafficking. Cape Coral Community Thrift Store has been able to maintain support to all organizations they are currently committed to. They are now able to add new and unprecedented support to stop human trafficking in Lee County. Cape Coral Community Church established this community store as a place where the local residents can participate in creating a better place to live. The store supports local homeless vets through Elks Lodge volunteers, Street Watch Ministries, TLC/Salus Care, Cape Coral Caring Center, Lifeline Family Center, The Surrender House, and now The Human Trafficking Coalition. This year, 2015, Store Manager Danielle Beauvois has seen the store double in volume. “We are incredibly pleased regarding the recent growth; it allows us to assist more individuals and charities in need. ” Community Thrift Store is located at 1056 NE Pine Island Road Unit A in Cape Coral.
